Prior to my arrival, the PHMP sported a straight-outta-the-box WordPress theme. No customization, zero effort to establish the fledgling product’s brand.
After many years working with the product—and becoming its defacto ambassador—the PHMP website transformed into a flexible, responsive content repository.
One of the most transformative changes I made was to create individual, personalized landing pages for our enrollment team. Instead of relying solely on texts and emails to communicate and advertise, the enrollment team now had at their disposal pages where prospects could go, learn more, engage, and ultimately—hopefully—sign up. Bonus: this allowed for engagement and behavior tracking through Google Analytics as well as the tools built into the e-blast platform.
